We operate in 10 week blocks for group classes. They cost $125 for a 10 week course, or $12.50 per class which includes participation in a semester end tournament where the entire provincial community is invited out for a safe and fun competition. Classes are 30-45 minutes for HEMA Kids and 1 hour for Family/Adult Classes, with an extra 1 hour for sparring included.
All gear is included for beginners but we recommend purchasing a mask and gloves as well as a cup. Indoor shoes suitable for a gym are required. We recommend athletic clothes you can freely move in!
